Shipping

All orders are shipped fully insured with tamper-proof packaging. Delivery within Andhra Pradesh typically takes 2–4 days and 5–8 days elsewhere in India. You can also choose to pick up from our Guntur showroom.

Returns

Unworn jewellery in original condition with tags, certificate and invoice can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund of the invoice value, excluding customised and engraved pieces.

Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back

Exchange any Siya gold jewellery at the prevailing gold rate for 100% of metal value. Buy-back is offered at the prevailing rate less a nominal deduction. Diamond value is exchanged as per our current diamond exchange policy.

Pricing

Product prices are calculated from the live metal rate on the day of purchase. Once an order is confirmed, the price is locked.
